Comet C/1999 LINEAR S4 Images
The comet was recently discovered on Sept. 27,
1999 by the Lincoln Near-Earth Asteroid Research (LINEAR) program
in New Mexico.
It appears to be a first time visitor to our solar system, so how
bright it will get is uncertain. Images are viewed best at 800 x
600 (16-bit) display.

Comments: The Dallas city skyglow prevented any visual confirmation with binoculars or the unaided eye.
